Rath products are based on alumino-silicate fibers and ALTRA^TM high alumina fibers,  manufactured using our proprietary sol-gel process. These fibers are available as bulk fiber, blanket and vacuum-formed boards and shapes.

Alumino-silicate and HTZ bulk fiber and blanket 2300ºF (1260ºC) and 2600ºF (1400ºC)

ALTRA^TM high alumina fibers 72%, 80% and 97 % alumina, needled into blankets from 3 pcf to 8 pcf, for use up to 3000ºF (1600ºC)

KVS vacuum formed boards, 2300ºF (1260ºC) to 3,300^oF (1,800^oC) , from 15 pcf to 90 pcf

Custom formed shapes and cylinders from 2300ºF (1260ºC) to 3300ºF (1800ºC)

Cements, mastics, coatings, adhesives, and rigidizers for use up to 3300ºF (1800ºC)

Structural refractory boards and setters

Custom cut strip modules - 2300ºF (1260ºC) up to 3100ºF (1700ºC) with densities from 6 pcf to 14 pcf
