DURRATH® High-Temperature Corundum Bricks
DURRATH® HD 45 provides high chemical resistance, high
mechanical wear resistance, and very low open porosity (6%) with high thermal resistance
DURRATH® HD 45 is available in standard brick sizes
(straights, arches, and wedges), as well as custom plates
and shapes.
KORRATH® High-Temperature Corundum Bricks
KORRATH® grades are corundum, tabular alumina,
mullite, and zirconia-based with high-density, high-purity,
low porosity, and good-to-excellent thermal shock
resistance.
KORRATH® is available in standard brick sizes (straights,
arches, and wedges), as well as custom plates and shapes.
SILRATH Andalusite High-Alumina Bricks
SILRATH andalusite base bricks are dense,
high-alumina
bricks with very low flux levels and relatively low porosity. SILRATH bricks are characterized by excellent high-temperature load resistance and outstanding thermal shock resistance. This exceptional resistance to thermal shock allows these bricks to withstand repeated cycles of up to 120 times from a hot furnace to a cold bath.
PORRATH® High-Temperature Insulating Firebrick
PORRATH® high-temperature insulating firebricks are available in ASTM Group 26 through 34 classifications and are manufactured with the highest quality raw materials and high-firing temperatures.
PORRATH® IFB feature low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal shock resistance, high-purity, low-iron oxide content,
and mechanical properties. PORRATH® IFB exhibit excellent resistance to corrosive and/or reducing atmospheres.
